Pond Rockets hockey was co-founded by Mike Fraser
and Jim Gorney in 2002. These guys were sick of going to “big name”
tournaments, spending a ton of money and getting nothing in return.
Pond Rockets is the total opposite! We give back to the player more
than any other tournament. We concentrate on the fun of the sport!
Pond Rockets is all about having fun. Their prizes
usually consist of bobble heads and a nice team trophy! The bobble
heads are just a representation of how the weekend is all about, and
that is FUN! With everybody receiving a t-shirt for playing, everybody
gets something to take home!
Pond Rockets isn’t about having the best teams in
the nation come to compete. We are about all the other teams that
usually don’t get to play in tournament. We want them to get the
tournament experience that the elite teams get, plus some!
T-Shirts!!! Pond Rockets is known for our
t-shirts. Each t-shirt is unique to each event. Once the event is over
the t-shirt is retired, making them collectables! Let’s see how many
t-shirts you guys can collect!
